At the port of Gavrio, an old townhouse (1870), which also served as an old peace court welcomes its guests to two independent houses with a common yard. The small pool is a common draw of the townhouse. The owners with great respect for original architecture created an aesthetic and functional space. Walk access to local shops is 5 minutes and 12 minutes from the closest beach, fish village, port, and gateway to the beautiful island.
The space
Our property consists of two independent residences the "The Old Court Council I" and "The Old Court Council II" that were built with the utmost respect to the environment and the original architecture of the house but at the same time provide the guests with all the modern amenities. It is equipped with quiet A/C Filter A/C,anatomic Beds, UNDER allergies mattresses with mattresses, selected pillows and linens, Smart TV,furnished Terrace , modern coffee maker Espresso & coffee, kettle & beverages. Thoughtful Cosmetics & Bathroom soaps. Pool towels.
Guest access
The entire home is available to guests. Access is by car from the back of the house which is the street, or on the front side, facing the harbor. There are a few smooth stairs at this point.
Other things to note
Gávrio is the only port on the island and can serve as the gateway to its exploration. The house is a 5-minute walk to food shops and various markets while also being about 12 minutes away from the closest beach. It used to be a population of fishermen but even today it still retains many of the elements of the past, giving it quaintness and simplicity. Also, there are some topical food products as a welcome for our visitors.
